• Cash, checks, or credit cards are accepted

• Cancellations are fully refunded if made 24 hours in advance

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are billed at 50% of the cost of the treatment booked

• Cancellations with 4 hours notice or less are billed as a no-show and billed at the full cost of the treatment booked

• No-shows for appointments are billed at the full cost of the treatment booked

• Session length is reduced if a client is late for their appointment

• No pets allowed
